December 18, 2023 – The new Board of Directors of the L'Espresso Group met today, consisting of Gianluca Ianuario, Emilio Carelli, Rodolfo Errore, Angela Ammaturo, Francesco Rossi Guarnera, and Alessandro Rossi.
During the same meeting, specific responsibilities were assigned to President Gianluca Ianuario, Chief Executive Officer Emilio Carelli, and councillors Francesco Rossi Guarnera and Angela Ammaturo. Rodolfo Errore is the Vice President. Alessandro Rossi has been reconfirmed as the Editor-in-Chief.
On December 11th, the Ludoil Energy Group (owned by the Ammaturo family) acquired 51% of L'Espresso Media from BFC Media, bringing their ownership in the media group to 100%, with a focus on rationalization, concentration, and development of the holdings.
Emilio Carelli, with extensive experience in the field of journalism, has served as the Deputy Director of Tg5, Director of TGCom, and founder and Director of Sky Tg 24.
